Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and all original packaging included.
Return Shipping and Handling Fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 1% handling fee applies to all returned or exchanged items.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
- Items must match the original order specifications; returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to the product or fulfillment.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Obtain approval before sending any item by contacting Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #).

- Provide your order information for the RMA request.
- Customer Service will issue an RMA # and provide the approved return address. Do not ship items to any other address.
- Complete the Return/Exchange Form included with your order and record the RMA # on the form. Replacement forms can be requested if necessary.
- Package the items securely, including all original materials and forms, and retain the tracking number for your records.

Important: Only use the return address provided in your RMA instructions. Shipping to any other location may result in processing delays or rejected packages.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the bank or credit card provider.
- Refunds by check will be mailed promptly after inspection.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or color are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
- Only one free shipping exchange per original order is allowed; additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
