Return & Refund Policy

At AGNETTIBOUTIQUE, we carefully produce each item to meet design standards and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear return and refund process to support you.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and all original packaging included.

Return Shipping and Handling Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 1% handling fee applies to all returned or exchanged items.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Items must match the original order specifications; returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to the product or fulfillment.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Obtain approval before sending any item by contacting Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #).

  2. Provide your order information for the RMA request.
  3. Customer Service will issue an RMA # and provide the approved return address. Do not ship items to any other address.
  4. Complete the Return/Exchange Form included with your order and record the RMA # on the form. Replacement forms can be requested if necessary.
  5. Package the items securely, including all original materials and forms, and retain the tracking number for your records.

Important: Only use the return address provided in your RMA instructions. Shipping to any other location may result in processing delays or rejected packages.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the bank or credit card provider.
  • Refunds by check will be mailed promptly after inspection.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
  • Only one free shipping exchange per original order is allowed; additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
